Parent & Me Information

Parent & Me Class is for children aged 14 to 24 months.

 Parent & Me classes provide a special time for parent and child to be together in an enriching environment. It is a guided social environment for children; it is a place for parents to learn early childhood education practices and to spend time with other families. Parent & Me classes are an important step into the Preschool world.

We offer classes on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 pm and Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00 pm.

There are three sessions of Parent and Me:

Session 1 - Begins October 4, 5; Ends February 7, 8

$396 for an 18 week session

Registration for Session 1 opens September 19, 2011

Session 2 - Begins February 14, 15; Ends April  24, 25

$220 for a 10 week session

Registration for Session 2 opens January 30, 2012

Session 3 - Begins May 1, 2; Ends July 10, 11 (no class on July 3, 4)

$220 for a 10 week session

Registration for Session 3 opens April 16, 2012

The registration process for Parent and Me is as follows:

-  There is a first come, first serve registration period.  Registration is completed online. Please, register and pay for only ONE of the available classes.

-  If you are able to attend either session; register for your first choice and then indicate your flexibility in the notes section of the registration form.

- When we have reqached maximum capacity for each class we will close the registration link.

- If we are unable to accomodate your child, please re-register for the following Session.

All families MUST re-register for each new Parent and Me session; whether you are currently enrolled in the program, you have previously registered, OR if you’re a first time participant.

Priority is given to those who are currently enrolled in a previous Parent and Me session as well as siblings and SIJCC alumni families.

If we are unable to accommodate you in our Parent and Me program, we apologize and ask that you continue checking our website in the future. We are developing new programs in hopes that we will be able to accommodate more of our community.

While attendance in the Parent and Me program is a good way to learn about our Preschool and determine if the SIJCC is a good fit for your family, this is not the only way to be part of our community. Explore the community events, volunteer opportunities and celebrations. These are open to the public and you can find more information and details about community events here.
