The SIJCC Gala Returns After a Two Year Hiatus

Join us for a joyful evening filled with entertainment, cocktails, and unexpected touches of delight at the SIJCC Spring Gala on Friday, April 24th, 2026.

The Gala will take place at Seventh/Place in the Arts District in DTLA, located at 802 Mateo St, LA, CA 90021.
7 pm: Host Committee Cocktail Hour (with special entertainment & food!)
8 pm: The Main Event!

This year’s celebration honors our Early Childhood Education Program, whose impact reaches far beyond preschool walls. For generations of families, ECE has been where learning begins and community takes root. Children grow up here, and many return as parents, a testament to the lasting legacy of education done with heart, intention, and excellence.

Come celebrate the magic of early beginnings and the future they create.

The Venue

Seventh/Place

802 Mateo St, Los Angeles, CA 90021

Located in the vibrant Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles, Seventh Place is a turn of the century bow truss warehouse rich with character and warmth. Constructed from brick and wood beams with polished concrete floors, the space offers a rustic yet refined canvas that can be transformed to match the spirit of the evening.

The venue is admired for its soaring ceilings, repurposed wood walls, and verdant outdoor patio wrapped in passionfruit vines and lush greenery. An electric glass garage door connects the 5,000 square foot main hall to the 2,000 square foot patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow and an atmosphere that feels expansive, open, and alive.

PARKING: Street parking is available near the venu, though we encourage you to ride-share when possible!
