This is a simple, supportive hour to pause, breathe, and reconnect as you kick off your week. Each session offers a calm, welcoming space to slow down, ground your body, and check in with yourself - especially in the midst of our busy, demanding lives.
Together we'll practice gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and reflection, with time to connect in community.
Rather than focusing on fixing or achieving, this hour is about presence, awareness, and nervous system support, building the capacity to meet life with a little more steadiness and ease.
No experience is necessary. You're welcome to come regularly or drop in when you need it most.
Meet your facilitator, Shannon Rubenstone: Shannon is a certified gut health and mindfulness coach who supports her clients in building sustainable and compassionate habits around health, mindset, and nervous system regulation, especially during seasons of motherhood, transition, and overwhelm.
