Good riddance, 2025!
Mindful Reset: Reflect, Release & Realign
Join us for a gentle, in-person mindfulness experience designed to help you ground, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters in 2026.
This two-part January series offers space to:
Reflect on the past year with compassion
Release what no longer serves you
Clarify your values and intentions for the year ahead
Sessions will include guided breathwork/short meditations, thoughtful journaling prompts, and time for meaningful conversation with like-minded friends. This is not about fixing yourself or setting rigid goals for the new year. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and creating space for clarity, alignment, and intention as you move forward.
Session 1 (January 12): Reflect & Let Go
A grounding practice focused on closing the past year with awareness, gratitude, and release.
Session 2 (January 26) : Intentions & Alignment
A forward-looking practice centered on values, intention-setting, and reconnecting with what you want in the year ahead. Share or don't. This is your time to be used as you see fit.
When was the last time you set aside an hour just for yourself? Come to one or both. Come exactly as you are.
Meet your facilitator, Shannon Rubenstone: Shannon is a certified gut health and mindfulness coach who supports her clients in building sustainable and compassionate habits around health, mindset, and nervous system regulation, especially during seasons of motherhood, transition, and overwhelm.
